Available to GeneSifter users who do their microarray research with Affymetrix GeneChip®, Illumina®, or GE Codelink® technology, the Jumpstart microarray analysis package provides researchers with quality assessment using boxplots and scatterplots, a written summary of statistical analysis, biological significance and significant ontologies and pathways. Also provided are live and recorded WebEx presentations of these results that demonstrate how the data was analyzed. At your request, your data is also submitted to the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). With GeneSifter Jumpstart, the initial scouting of the basic data analysis is done for you, enabling you to skip ahead and focus on understanding the biology behind your data.
