Analysis Summary:
The authors used microarray analysis (CodeLink mouse 10K array) to examine gene expression in the lacrimal gland of orchiectomized mice that had been treated with testosterone or vehicle for 2 weeks. Data analysis performed using GeneSifter demonstrates that testosterone regulates the expression of over 2000 genes in the lacrimal gland.
